Porque Morar fora?? Why to live abroad??

Sei que esta é uma pergunta muito pessoal que varia de pessoa para a pessoa por isso, vou falar da minha pessoa. Quando era "jovem" meus pais queriam que eu fizesse um intercâmbio, mas não rolou. Praticamente minha juventude interia eu trabalhei com recreação, viagens e lazer. Quando estava na faculdade algo me despertou para ir morar fora pois eu tinha um sonho de um dia trabalhar dentro de um navio.
Acho que este sonho ocorreu pois quando tinha onze anos, fui fazer uma viagem de navio e foi fascinante pois lembro de varias cenas que marcaram esta vigem. Aqui segue algumas delas:
I know this is a very personal question which depends from person to person, that is why I will speak about my own experience. When I was teenager, my parents wanted me to go on school exchange, but did not happened. In my entire youth I always worked with recreation, leisure and traveling. When I was at college something told me that I would want to work in a ship. I will tell you why: when i was eleven years old I went in a cruise trip and it was a amazing experience. I will tell you few things why:

• Quando estava sentado numa poltrona chegou uma adolescente que deveria ter 15 anos e perguntou se eu queria dar uma volta pelo navio ou dançar. Nossa fiquei tão vermelho que fiquei sem resposta...rsrs
• Once, I was sitting on the chair and a 15 years old girl came to flirting with me saying: "hi love...do you want to go round the ship with me? I was so shy that I could not say a word!!! lol
• Lembro do Joseph, um senhor que era um garçom Italiano. Nossa ele era tão educado e engraçado ao mesmo tempo que também me fascinou. 
• I remembered the waiter, a very gentle Italian guy (late fifties). He was so professional and funny at the same time which was very remarkable.
• Uma vez eu estava no elevador indo para a discoteca e quando a porta abriu havia uma pessoa caida no chão. eu me desesperei e desci novamente, pois achava que estava morta...rsrs. Provavelmente estava bebada!!
• Once I was in the elevator going to the disco (hidden from the adults) then when the door opened I saw a girl lying on the floor. I panic then went back. I thought she was dead...lol...probably was very drunk.
• Lembro dos corredores, das lojas, das piscinas, dos monitores e de todas as atividades e achei muito animal.
•  I remembered so many things: the allys, the stores, the swimming pool, the sports activities I found it everything so amazing. 
• Em uma das atividades teve show de calouros e lembro que fui com a minha irmã cantar uma música diante de varias pessoas...e no final todos aplaudiram!!! I should became a singer!!!
• In one of the activities there a talent show then me and my sister went to sing in front of a lot of people, at the end everybody clapped their hands!!
• Enfim foi uma experiência maravilhosa!!!
• There was an amazing experience!! 

 
                       Eugenio C - First Cruise Trip

Bom durante minha juventude interia eu tinha este sonho de voltar em um navio a trabalho e foi quando uma amiga da minha mãe trabalhava numa agência de navios e conversei com ela de quais as chances que eu tinha de arrumar um emprego. Ela me disse: "Desculpas, mas você precisa no minimo aprender a falar inglês" e foi ai que comecei a pesquisar para onde ir.
Well, during all my teenager´s life i had this dream to work in a ship on the back of my head. So one day i met a friend of my mum whose work in a cruise company then I asked her what the possibility for me to work in a ship? She answered me saying: you must learn English for that...maybe you should go to London or somewhere else

Logo no meu último ano de faculdade, tinha pensado em ir para varios lugares, entre eles, USA, Astralian ou Londres...Um amigo meu de colégio, chamado Daniel Tabuada, que por sinal esta na foto do Blog (capa a esquerda) estava confabulando de viajar, um dia ele chega para eu e fala que ele descidiu ir para Londres, pois achamos que o british english was better than American!!!
In my last day at college I was thinking to live abroad but did not know what country, maybe Australian,   American or London. I also had this best friend at school who was planning to live abroad...then one day he came to me saying: "I have decided to go to London as their ascent is better than everybody else (no offense guys)"

Enfim, descidimos viajar para Londres, mas o problema é que ele não aguentou até que eu me formasse e foi 3 meses antes de mim. Mas valeu a pena para mim, pois ele nos deu varios toque quando chegamos la. Mas para ele foi uma experiência muito "dificil" pois ele não conhecia ninguém!!!!
Quando decidimos ir espalhamos a noticia para os amigos e o Valdir também estava querendo ir pra la e confirmou, mas acho que eram umas 3 semanas antes de irmos, um dos meus melhores amigos Leandro Lamano me convidou para ir no bar do geraldinho e la ele me contou que iria também...nossa foi DDD++++.
Gostaria que o Daniel, Leandro e Valdir escrevesse um comentário a respeito...Como foram suas experiências nos primeiros meses ou em geral em Londres? 
Finally we decided to go to London, but the problem is that he did not wait for me to finish college and he went 4 months before me. It was quite good for me as when i got there he gave me a lot of advices but it must been really hard for him to go by himself without knowing nobody!!!When we decided to go we spread the word between friends and we convinced Valdir to go then in the last three weeks before we went one of my best friends Leandro invite me to go out in Geraldinho´s bar and there he told me that he was going to...Ual...It was amazing!!!!!!
 I WOULD LIKE DANIEL, LEANDRO AND VALDIR TO WRITE FEW THINGS IN THE COMENTS OF THEIR EXPERIENCES IN THE FIRST MONTHS...WOULD YOU ??? OR anybody else!!!

É engraçado como nossos sonhos sempre nos perseguem. Quando estava morando em Londres depois de um ano e meio tive uma oportunidade de trabalhar em um navio que sairia da Itália, mas infelizmente estava namorando sério com minha ex-mulher e decidi descartar esta possibilidade. Logo depois que voltei para o Brasil, como não estava conseguindo emprego na minha área eu fui atrás de trabalhar em navios novamente e consegui uma vaga em um. Na semana que ia acontecer os treinamentos eu consegui um emprego no Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia como Coordenador de Eventos e mais uma vez descartei esta possibilidade. Conversei com muitas pessoas que trabalham ou trabalharam em navios e eles me disseram que o trabalho é muito pesado e não tem muita folga para nada. No meio deste ano eu sai da Mauá e pensei em trabalhar novamente no navio, mas depois dos 35 fica meio dificil uma vaga, mas agora novamente consegui um novo projeto de empreeendorismo no qual acredito muito que dará certo, mas confesso que ainda tenho uma pulga atrás da orelha querendo trabalhar em navios!!!

Is funny how your dreams never leaves you. When I was living in London aproximately one year in a half I got one opportunity to work in a cruise ship but I was in a very serious relationship with my ex wife that I refused the vacancy.  Then on my return  to Brasil (after one year living in Brasil- (2009)  I got another opportunity  to work in a cruise ship. I was quite nervous and anxious because I just got back after 10 years living in London and I was going travalling again!!! So in the week that I was going to the training I passed in the interwiew to work in Maua Institute of Technology as a Event´s Coordinator. I stayed in this job for one year then I left. In the middle of this year I thought to try again but i did not for three reasons: 

1. I am getting quite "old" to get this Job. Some company the age limite is 35. 
2. I was talking to a lot of people who wotrks or already worked and they all saying that the job is very very hard and you do not get even one day off!!!
3. I started my own business which I believed very much!!!!

MAYBE ONE DAY I WILL GO AS A CUSTOMER AGAIN!!!
